Cantatas and Concerts at Salem

Adult and youth singers come together once or twice a year to prepare Christmas or Lenten Cantatas, extended works of narration and songs.

Often instrumental accompaniment CDs are used to enhance the presentation.

Rehearsals are held on scheduled Sunday and Wednesday evenings 6-8 weeks prior to the presentation and all singers are welcome.

Cantatas often afford opportunity for soloists as well.
